Tried to visit this location several times and have always been disappointed. This location is owned and operated by the... university, meaning that they do not offer a rewards program, cannot split smoothies, and smoothies are always a toss-up. Triedto convey concerns to management, but they don?t care because they are there to turn a profit from already struggling students.My advice would be to visit an off site location in order to receive a more personalized experience. It?s better now that their hours are more consistent and you can now collect points. HOWEVER, you still gotta pay for parking... just to run in and grab a smoothie, which is ridiculous. I?m not a student there, but this location is the closest tome. Servers aren?t very welcoming either. I?ve never been greeted, but I notice that ?others? are.
