UPDATE: 10/31/22 ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD. I asked for the cheese that comes with the pretzel. I clearly stated and asked ol boy... if he understood. He said he got it. THAT WAS CAP. Kendra bought me my food. It was shredded cheese. Exactly what I told themI didn't want. ???????????Alison was great. She was polite and friendly. Their medium tots has 16 tots. Really hit and miss. Ordered 2 small slushes and after 15 minutes hit the button to get an update; they were out 30 seconds... later?. Completed melted. Obviously they were done for a while but no one brought them out. Just a bummer when you?re pregnantand you just really wanted a slush and instead you get a water down melted drink. Read more
The lady who took our order was EXTREMELY rude. She disconnected on us so we couldn't finish our order. The place also had... advertisement for things they didn't actually serve. Everything we asked for, they told us they don't have that. This is whySonic's keep closing all over. My shake was also wrong. The lady who brought out the food, who was obviously not the person whotook the order, was very nice though. She apologized for the other lady's rudeness which is why the 2 stars. Read more

I patronized this location on 11/18/22. I placed two separate orders. They were both brought to me within 2 mins. The food was... not fresh, it appeared rubbery as if it were microwaved. The ends of the bread on the burger was stale. I would not recommendthis establishment to anyone. The establishment was not busy, numerous employees were there, yet the food is not fresh. This isunacceptable business practices. Without proper management, revenue will ultimately suffer at this location. Read more
