Management and crew very unprofessional! I waited 5 minutes at speaker and waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the window... and I waited 20 minutes for my food! District Manager and shift manager bragging on how they are lovers and how sonics wasn'tgoing to do anything to them (two dudes)! I really don't care who doing who but arguing with customers bcuz your lover was wrongis grounds for termination! I will never ever ever ever visit this Sonics again. Read more

THE WORST Sonic to go to. We went a few weeks ago and their service was horrible and never in my life did we have to wait for... our order from Sonic for almost an hour. And we had ordered on the app to make it quicker. The black woman white gold teeth whoI believe was the manager in charge didn?t care much for her job or the customers. I ordered through grub hub and my my meal was incorrect. The only thing correct was the coney. The fries were old and hard, the... wiener in the coney was hard like it was either over cooked or a coney from a previous day. Ordered a route 44 limeade slushdrink and got a small blueberry drink with vanilla in it. I ordered here before a few months ago and my online order gotcancelled. I tried to give it another chance but the same service. I love Sonic but this location needs better customer serviceand better handling of the food. Read more
