When placing my order, I had to repeat every single item at least twice. They brought an order that wasn?t mine and the bag was... ripped which spilled fries in my lap that I didn?t even order. 15 minutes later the car hop comes to tell my that my order wasmisplaced and asked if I wanted them to remake it. Order from here today because I love the drinks. I order onion rings. Two blast, mozzarella sticks and a route 44. Unfortunately... my mozzarella sticks never came even tho sauce was in the bag and my onion rings where a little burnt ???? I guess that?s what Iget for a free bday gift. I usually don't write negative reviews on just about anything. I tend to give most fast food establishments the benefit of the... doubt and understand that you more or less get what you pay for (that is, average quality food and service). This location seemsto have limboed under even that low bar, and it's clear that the franchise owner is running it into the dirt. About a year agothis location wasn't so bad, and ordering online was no real fuss. Just pop into a stall, wait a bit, get your food, done.Recently, this process has become a joke. Expect 30 minute wait times for even the smallest and simplest of orders, all while 20cars going via the drive-thru get served before you. And don't expect anyone to answer when you press the Call button either. Ashortage of items seems to be common as well. With global supply chain issues right now, I get it. But maybe it would be a goodidea to let people know before they end up waiting obscene amounts of time? Staffing issues also seem to be a real big problemhere. I've seen as little as two poor workers running back and forth on a busy Saturday. Maybe if they were properly staffed,they would have more time to ensure orders are made correctly. On my most recent (and last) visit, I had the luxury of eatingthrough a pint of straight vanilla ice cream, even though I had ordered a Reeces & M&M mix-in blast. It was thrown on top likean afterthought. This was after checking in at a stall for maybe 20 minutes, despite only ordering a slushie and said blast.Once it became clear no one was coming, I decided to hit the drive-thru. Conveniently, our order came out within seconds, whichmeans our cold items were sitting out for who knows how long. I can't find it in me to put too much blame on the workers, sinceI end up seeing a new face every time I go. But even if it's a little out of the way, making the drive to just about any otherlocation would be better than going here. Read more
