I used to come to this sonic often but lately service hasn?t been too great. I placed an order for two drinks through the app... and it was received. Checked in at the stall and drinks weren?t coming out for 15 minutes so I talked to an employee who saidonly the drive thru was open. I pulled up and they said they couldn?t find my order even though the drinks were sitting out inplain sight. Both drinks were diluted and had little carbonation and the ocean water was dark green and was way too sweet. Read more
First the person working drive thru messed up my order. I ordered 2 burgers get to the window to pay and they hand me 1 burger.... This went on for about 5 or 7 minutes getting my order right. Both burgers were cold. They filled my drink up to where it wasspilling out the top. No napkins were given. Burgers were not so tasty. After I ate those burgers they gave me diarrhea. I knowit's safer to cook at home but what if fast food is all you could get at that particular time? This places appears to almost always have terrible service. I?ve ignored it for a while but sitting for an hour at the stall... after checking in for my order only to be told to use the drive thru after my stall said ?In the kitchen? for OVER 40 MINUTES issimply unacceptable. If I wanted to wait a whole hour for food, I would have made it myself or gone to an actual restaurant.Don?t come here. It?s not worth the headache. Made an order on the app. Pulled into a stall and entered the number on the app. Person wanted to take my order. When told I... had a mobile order and my name they still kept coming back trying to take my order. First order to arrive wasn't mine at alldon't know who it belonged to.
