Besides being terribly inconsistent, they do not use the approved Starbucks oatmilk, which should be Oatly Barista Edition.... Whatever oatmilk they use is terrible and is always separating. Looks disgusting. I only go to this location when I'm desperateand it's always terrible. At avg 7 dollars a drink, you'd imagine they would care about getting it right. Read more
This place has been consistently messing up my drink orders. I keep giving them another try but their drinks are always made... super sweet and barely contain coffee. In my most recent order, I ordered a chai latte and iced vanilla latte. I didn?t thinkanything of both having a white chocolate color until I got home and tried them? both tasted like watered down chai syrup. Bothwere literally the same drink and I waited more than 30 mins drive thru for them (would have left if there weren?t already carsbehind me). Never coming back and would not recommend. Read more
My drink was fine my sisters was not it was only 3/4 full no brown sugar and no cinnamon. We have always had great coffee in the... past. Mostly the drinks need to be full. Read more

Today for some odd reason at 3pm they had the inside locked which is fine. What is not fine is them still accepting mobile... orders I only started coming here because it's close to home n the mobile orders I go in and out. They made me wait in the togoline even though my drink was premade and ready I WAITED 30MIN to get my stuff that was already ready. This specific locationsdrive threw is horrendous, why they didn't turn off mobile ordering Is mind boggling. Why they had a meeting the middle of theday on a weekend I don't know. Secondly the staff here are very inconsistent my advice make the drink exactly how the drinkstates ( below is 2 orders where I requested "light ice" as you can see they do not care half the cup is ice). Also when I getice drinks with whip on top they always omit the whip cream, and every time I tell them to add soy milk you have to go tocustomization menu, and in customization you can put no whip, extra etc.. just make the ticket as it's comes out, and everytimethey give me attitude once i state that. how hard is that to make the drink like the ticket states? Honestly there inconsistencyand the efficiency needs to be improved. My advice TURN OFF MOBILE ORDERING if u have a staff meeting (I've seen it on the app)i do not want to wait 30min for a coffee. Improve the horrible drive threw. Make the tickets exactly as they come out, I don'tneed the staff to make a judgement for me on my drink that I ordered make it exactly how the ticket states.
