I wish I could do separate reviews because there are actually 3 baristas that do an outstanding job every time I order from... Starbucks. The crew working tonight was terrible!! I got one drink right away and 20 minutes later I was still waiting for the2nd. I was told it was being worked on but the barista making the orders made 3 additional ones after I was told that and stillskipped over mine. Not to mention 2 people got their drinks that had ordered in the store after I placed my mobile order. Thisseems to be an ongoing issue. They do not keep track of the order of the tickets or they move them around to accommodate somewhile others wait. It seems like a simple process. When 1 part of the order comes out the 2nd part should follow right behindit. Not more that 5 drinks later. I hope the morning crew trio teach the others how to work more efficiently so people aren?twaiting extended periods of time! Read more
I got my first drink at 11AM and waited until 11:40AM to get my Paradise drink with Vanilla cold foam and this is what I got?... 80% Vanilla Cold Foam and 20% drink. Pretty sure I got the leftovers of someone else?s drink. Read more

DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. Poor customer service and unclean. They have trash piling behind their door at the drive through. We had... to beg to get serviced. My husband drink, the lid was not closed and spilled on his clothes. As you can see in the picture, Iordered a venti. Is nothing but FOAM. How ridiculous. Glad we moved out of this area. The "remodeled" store in one word is atrocious. Now they only have one register instead that is not manned most of the time. ... The service is terribly slow. I watched as one customer waited 35 minutes for his drink, he finally had to remind them thst hewas still waiting. The outside of location is dirty and that pales in comparison to inside. The location was much betterbefore the remodel. They took away the music and the overall atmosphere is uninviting. If there plan was to make so customerswould not sit and enjoy their purchase inside or outside they succeeded. This will be my last visit to this location.
