They most most differently have a great Staff. They all are very friendly. And although there's always one bad apple in a... bunch...I tend to be extra nice to that young lady. This place is close home so I tend to stop in here every so often. Today may be the last time I come here. I waited in the drive... thru line for more than 15 minutes to get food that was lukewarm and a drink that was not made to order. This is not the firsttime it has happened and it's not a common issue at other Starbucks. I should know... I visit one almost everyday. Read more
This location needs help. I?ve placed multiple orders here and it takes thirty minutes each time to get two coffees. I order... ahead on the app to be sure it?s in, so I?m not counting any time spent in a line. There is always a 20 minute wait past myorder pick up time in the mornings. They?re unorganized and I?m not even sure if additional staff would help. There?s only somuch space a person can stand in, so many machines to use to make the coffees. They seem to have a lot of staff behind thecounter. What they need to do is shut down mobile ordering when they?re that backed up so that people have a realistic sense ofthis locations load and capabilities at specific times. Read more
