Wow. It?s not a surprise this Starbucks has 1.8 stars. They have terrible customer service, no niceties at all, careless, no... urgency, nobody is smiling or appears happy. They didn?t make my friends drink correctly and when she asked them to change itthere was no apology or care. They just grabbed the incorrect drink, dumped it and slowly remade a new one and then told herthey would not add the sugar she had ordered in it and she could do that at the bar on her own. Will not return to thislocation- Starbucks really needs to step up the staff at this location (#27553). Read more
Terrible customer service and ruined both drinks I ordered. The one was halfway filled and missing whipped cream and the other... was missing cold foam. When the barista was politely asked to fix it they gave a rude reply and refused to do it, get coffeeelsewhere!!! Read more
I expect long lines at the airport. But today an employee directed myself and a pilot to step aside for another register to pay... cash, meanwhile 3 people go ahead of us to pay with card, only to get to the front of the line and be told they don?t takecash. It?s not my time I?m upset about as much as the pilot behind me. The staff was rude and when the pilot didn?t care forit he left. What an embarrassing way for supportive staff to treat a pilot. Management of this location has zero understanding of how to hire and motivate a staff. Morale was so low here. Employees were... engaged in detailed conversations about how unfairly they?ve been treated. And tbh, that?s a management issue, not an employeeissue. People want to do well for people who inspire them. I?m not sure if it?s the DM or the SM. But sounds like it?s a fearbased management style which resulted in poor customer service, slow service, and not accurate service. And if someone fromcorporate reads this, it?s your management. The staff are bonded and under an inspired manager would work together because theydo work together well right now. Just not well for the store, company, or customers. Read more
