Terrible service ????????. Slow drive thru ????. I waited 15min for my order that I repeated 3x. The order was repeated by the... order taker. Then I heard him mumble to someone "i hate when i do that". I think he entered it incorrectly on his end, butfailed to communicate that. I asked through the window if he'd like for me to repeat it. dead silence for 2minutes. Not knowingwhat was going on I drove forward.With an attitude he says he never put my order in because I drove off (even though it wasrepeated by he and I both 3x). The attempted to chastise me because I drove to the window. This is unacceptable.My issue is notonly the dishonesty but the unprofessionalism. I can almost bet he's new(I frequent this location) and messed up the orderscreen on his end. rather than communicating that he erased or fudged the order, (and taking some accountability) he passes iton to the customer. 2. private ???? conversations was heard about myself thru the mic in the driveway. he either forgot to mutehimself or just didnt care 3.The quality of service and professionalism at this location has gone down tremendously. Oftenorders are made wrong, time spent in a drive thru takes longer than normal and the overall jovial experience at the window islacking in comparison to other locations. the turn over rate seems high at this location and I know exactly why. Something isgoing on with the hiring, the competency and the professionalism at this place. STARBUCKS drinks are too expensive to get wrong.Mistakes happen, yes. I?m fully aware that it?s very busy every morning which is why I use my mobile app to place my order and I just pick it up. When... I pick my order up today, I only have my drink ready and not my food. I wait assuming they?re working on my food but nothing. Iwait a total of 10 minutes and finally a barista tells me they don?t have my food available anymore. Absolutely ridiculous.They don?t have their menu available online and now I order what is ?available? and you still can?t fulfill that request? Theiremployees need to be more considerate of peoples time and money. I had no one apologize for the inconvenience or for the wait. Iwork in customer service and a sincere apology goes a long way. I'm standing here in the store right now. This store is awful. This is now the 5th time I've been here this week. I just moved... to this side of town and each time I've come I've been disappointed. The store is dirty and the workers are disengaged. I'vecome early morning, afternoon, and twice in the evening. I placed a mobile order and the app said the order would be ready6:30pm. I arrived at 6:35pm and still had to wait 10mins before receiving my drink. I'm not sure why. There was no line. Therewas only 1 car in the drive thru. All this to say that I REALLY hope this store gets a revision because I'm going to avoidcoming here from now on. I'm the type to order from Starbucks at least 5 times a week, but usually more. It's my guilty pleasureand where I spend my extra money. I've seen stores in the past go from bad to excellent so I hope that is the path for thisone. As for now. When I say this was the most amazing experience at Starbucks I?ve ever had I am NOT joking. And the reason is miss Aiyana who... went above and beyond for me. I told her I would be working until 1AM and that I needed copious amounts of espresso, that Ihaven?t been to Starbucks in a while ? I?m unfamiliar with drinks and she was SO knowledgeable, answered every question I had(there were a lot) ? to the point where I just told her to surprise me with whatever she thought I?d like. She KNOCKED IT OUT OFTHE PARK and found me my new favorite drink. She hooked it UP like a boss. If reviews don?t give employees incentives, youshould start based on this sweet lady. She deserves it.
