The service at this location is in need if some help. I recently visited this location on 3 separate occasions and had an issue... each visit. I don't know of the team is feeling pressured to get orders made quickly or if it's a lack of attention to detailalor lack of training, but it's impacting your customer satisfaction. I ordered through Uber eats, which the driver and experience was great but how do one order a caramel frapp with absolutely no... caramel drizzle and I ordered extra drizzle!!
