This is one of the good Starbucks. I?ve only had one issue when I was on my cold brew w cold foam kicks where the cold foam... tasted sour but they remade it for me and then the next day the manager even remembered me and asked me if everything was oktoday. I really appreciated that. I always see the manager in there making drinks and being so kind to everyone, staff andcustomers. The staff also has great vibe and energy, you can tell they like working there and with the leadership of themanager. Corporate needs to promote that man! Read more

Normally I'm not one to complain but it seems like the staff here aren't properly trained. Several times now I have ordered the... same drink (a caramel apple spice, it's a fantastic fall drink when made correctly) and it was made wrong. Once or twice I canunderstand, I used to work for Starbucks and I know it's not a very popular drink outside of the fall season (but it's not aseasonal drink! Seriously, if you're a fan of apple cider or you're looking for a coffee-less drink for your kids, it'sperfect!), and I've worked at coffee shops for most of my working life. Mistakes happen. But when I have to send my boyfriendover to your store four times in one morning because you can't seem to make the drink right, something is up. Nobody at thatstore knew what I was trying to order. Six baristas behind the counter, and not one of them knew how to make the drink orthought to check the recipe. I know for a fact every Starbucks has flashcards behind the counter for trainee's to learn thedrinks and for reference for the baristas in case they forget a recipe or don't know an unpopular drink. Not to mention- PHONES!We all have one, it takes two seconds to look up the recipe. As I said, I've done that job. I know what it's like on busymornings, I understand the anxiety inducing drive-thru rushes, and I know what it's like to panic because someone ordered thatdrink your manager said no one was going to get, so you didn't need to learn it. But that doesn't excuse four wrong drinks in arow. By all means, if I have to I can put the apron back on and make it myself. Read more
