I just want to commend Ty. My husband and I came in and the POS system was down, there was a rush of people right before us, and... Ty still made sure to acknowledge all customers and was extremely friendly. I went there a week ago. There's a lack of staff, staff present didn't appear well trained, everything is pricier, and service... was slower. All of these things could be understandable, considering the great resignation, and inflation, but the inexcusablepart was the lack of food safety. I am allergic to jalapenos, but not bell peppers. I asked for bell peppers, and stated myallergy to jalapenos when the worker tried to pick up the wrong peppers. Not only did he not switch gloves, thereby crosscontaminating my entire sandwich, but I still found a jalapeno on my sandwich! Thankfully I'm not deathly allergic, and I haveBenadryl on hand in case!
