Good location for the business district around Memorial City/Spring Branch. Very clean dining area and restrooms. They need... more staff for the lunch rush IMO. Read more

I've been coming to this subway for about 6 years since is so close to my job, but I have seen a major decline In customer... service , today I witnessed what I believe is the manager telling the customer that they had to pay for a large cup because theywere out of small cups , and to be honest like I said I've been coming here for six years but since 6 months ago when I believethere a was a manager change there is yet to be any small cups , the hygiene of the place has decreased as well since then.There is no communication, really they need a real leader to run this location seems like the new manager is to lazy to dotheir job which is MANAGE . We keep trying their sandwiches hoping the "new" menu would be better, sadly no. The Boss was a loser and the Club was just... nasty. To make it worse the Maker didn't speak English. We are done with Subway. Read more

I stopped by today since I heard my regular Subway near work closed. I loved the manager (Miss D), the store was always clean,... it was convenient and the service was very good. Miss D now works at this store I visited today, but it doesn't have the same"feel" as the other store. I got the idea Miss D was not managing this location - not the same good energy nor cleanliness. Theguy who made my sandwich is not trying to get the "Sandwich Artist" of the year award. I wish they would make the sandwiches asif they were going to be pictured or at least make them as if they were going to eat them. I guarantee that would stop thesloppy sandwich makers! One bite and my toppings were falling out of the bread. No one likes mayo all over their hands - itshould stay on the bread! He also had no clue what went on the sandwich I ordered, even though I repeated it 2x. He kept tryingto add meat that was not part of the sandwich (according to me AND according to the menu board). I like the new concept Subwayis taking with the 12 new sandwiches, it's just the care they are lacking. This particular Subway has a drive thru. That's notimportant to me for a Subway shop because I like to see the toppings in person. Some people may enjoy the conveniencethough. Hopefully Miss D's presence will change this location for the better. Read more

This has got to be the worst Subway in Houston. I have been coming to this Subway for years. There has been such a decline in... quality in every area. The sloppy service and supply shortage can no longer be blamed on the pandemic. That is just lack ofplanning and poor management at its finest. Time to take responsibility! The employees are not trained well and barely speakEnglish. Customers are having to repeat themselves numerous times and use hand motions. Today a Spanish speaking customer had toorder for a non- Spanish speaking customer. At the very least have one fluently English speaking Employee on the clock duringthe busy times (lunch and dinner). There is absolutely no leadership at this location. I stood in line waiting for 30 minutesand watched several people leave the drive through frustrated and without ordering. Three employees clocked in while I stood inline at 12:30. This location is always busy at lunch. Prior Planning Prevents Poor Performance! I am very upset with how thisstore has declined and embarrassed this Subway is in my community. I will take my complaints to Corporate. Read more
