NO STARS!!! The young man that was helping the first customer in front of us. He was not listening to her and continuously made... her sandwich incorrectly. She finally asked another associate to please make it for her. He began to argue with the gueststating," She's tripping". He then began to argue with me and my family when we stated he was incorrect and the last had a rightto request her order be prepared by someone else. The other employees joined in with him and told us it wasn't our business.They refused to give us any information about speaking with the manager. They have lost four customers business within a fewminutes. Now that I've had time to read other reviews, it is clear that this location has a long systemic problem with customerservice. I would guess that it is a franchised owned store, and the owner really doesn't care. Read more

Walked out without my sandwiches! The Hispanic lady with blonde ish hair was so RUDE. She was impatient with me while I was... clarifying what my father with CANCER and mother wanted (they were in the car and I was trying to call them but the callwouldn?t go through). I was the only one in the store, so I was not holding up a line. I said to give me a minute so I couldask them. She was in a rush. The lady who works at this place is extremely unorganized, unsanitary, and rude. The workers usually don?t change their gloves... after touching the screen and other things around the kitchen area. The few times I?ve ordered online ahead of time. The foodhas never been ready or even made, even with people not in the building. This specific lady struggles to get my order rightdespite me being very clear on instructions to toast or put only a certain amount of condiments right in front of her. I do notrecommend going to this location only if this lady doesn?t work her anymore. Read more

The Hispanic lady there is extremely RUDE! She is disrespectful and needs her head examined. I have NEVER been so disrespected... in my life she is a true Karen. I work across the street from this subway...and I'm never coming here again. If you're looking for professional, customer... service, this is not the place for you. I came in yesterday at 7:40 pm to get a tuna sandwich. Keep in my mind I knew exactlywhat I wanted and no other customers were in the store. I told the lady what bread I wanted and cheese and she put it in thetoaster..she then put the tuna on it an asked is if thats it as she walked to the register. I replied no I would likevegetables. She came back to that section and put what I wanted and walked back to register and asked again" so that's it". Itold her no I wanted Salt and pepper. At this moment another person walked into the store and she then tells me " ok sir I haveanother customer now" as if I wasn't a customer...at this point I was disgusted with her service and decided to pay and leave.And when I got back to my job to my new job at the blood center I was told by colleagues that they have had that problem atsubway with the same person also ..she was rude, unprofessional, and rushing the customer with no one in the store wasunacceptable. Rushing a customer period is unacceptable. Subway needs to hire better people. I literally wanted 3 things on mysandwich and knew what I wanted and she refused to make time for a paying customer as she continued to talk to someone on herBluetooth headset. Read more
