The owner of this restaurant must know I just came to get lunch on a busy lunch hour and witnessed the most superior and patient... customer service from his 2 line workers. There were two customers ahead of me who had several questions about the menu andrequired assistance seeing the items due to disabilities- the line workers were very good In explaining the menu and guidingthem to prep their lunches as desired. Very well done it made me happy to see how well all customers are treated at thisestablishment. Read more

When you provide a consistent product throughout 50,000+ stores all over the place what differentiates the store from a vending... machine is the human behind the counter. If the humans serving food don't have a clue what customer satisfaction is then theexperience -regardless whether the product tastes well or not- is reminiscent of a vending machine. In this case it was likegoing to the vending machine and seeing the product through the glass but the mechanism wasn't working so you weren't gonna getit! Interacting with a human being that's as limited as a broken vending machine is the saddest thing, apart from the fact thatone remains frustrated of not getting the service that one expected coming in. Subway WAS great when Tran was working there however it seems like new owners have taken over & new workers. I work in the... shopping center and when Tran was working there place was always extremely clean and neat now when I go in there's dirty tablesand napkins on floor and extremely dirty floors. Definitely can tell there's a change when Tran is not working there. Kind ofgrossed out to get any food from there now with now. hopefully Tran comes back so I can update my review. Read more

Generally a great experience at this store, but walked in tonight about 35 minutes until closing and was greeted with two... younger employees looking mortified that someone had dared to enter their store at that hour. I couldn't help but smile feelinga bit guilty knowing that I was about to be 'that customer'. To break the ice I jokingly and dramatically asked the question,'Am I absolutely ruining your life coming in right now?' Anticipating a chuckle or a little sarcastic jab back, I received in aserious tone, 'If I'm being honest, yes.' this was paired with a facial expression that was determined to let me know everysecond I spent in that store was going to be utter misery. So I walked. Bravo, 2 stars for honesty and the gall to be sodirect, but I don't know that 5 minutes of your time to slap together a sandwich is that soul crushing. It's probably taken melonger to put this review together than the total time I would have spent in the store tonight. #freethesub Read more
