My office is around the corner so I popped in for a post lunch iced coffee today! I loved the aesthetics of the cafe but will... say the iced coffee was amazing as well! There is tons of seating and light. There were a lot of people on laptops workingaway. It?s just a very pretty yet chill vibe. The pastries looked amazing! They also have a drive thru as well around thebackside which I had not noticed prior. Very well might be my new go to over Starbucks! Read more
The food is average at best, and everything comes in like a to-go container or package which is annoying if you?re dining in and... don?t want to feel like you?re eating store bought stuff. Coffee is better, and the staff is nice. An extra star because thelounge area is spacious and good for big or small groups. Cute inside for sure, and they have a drive thru which is a plus. Read more
Beautiful place! The color scheme is gorgeous and there?s lots of seating. Their london fog is one of the best I?ve had.... Sometimes places don?t make their tea strong enough so it ends up being watery, but this was the perfect balance of milk and teaflavor. Also the cashier Bryana was so sweet!!! I loved the vibe here! It\'s a super cute chill spot. I got a salad which I didn\'t photograph but it was an okay salad, nothing... special at all. I added chicken to my salad and I have to say I was very disappointed in the chicken, it smelled like fish andit had an awful taste to it. The DRINKS on the other hand are really TASTY and FLAVORFUL!! My friend got the avocado toast andshe LOVED it. I want to go back and try the other items they have on the menu that caught my eye. Houston is awash with quality coffee shops and Sunday Press holds its own amongst them. The food meets or beats expectations and... the coffee is good. The beet and goat cheese toast along with the morning glory are great and so is the honey lavender latte.The ambiance is pleasant and they make good use of greenery so sitting for a while is enjoyable. They also have a drive thru,which is a great option. 4 stars because the bathrooms, some of the rugs and some of the seats were noticeably warn/dirty. Theyjust need to be replaced or cleaned.
