Houston?s best cookie! It is always a treat to come to Milk and Cookies. The chocolate chip cookie is always a good choice but I... also enjoy their chocolate croissant and other pastries. They also have coffee in the morning that was solid! Highly recommendcoming here! Read more
I love their chocolate coconut milk ice cream. For dairy free, it is the most creamy, rich icream I have tried. The cookie... bottom is the way to go with all ice creams. Also tge chocolate crinkle cookies are the best when you want a cookie that meltsin your mouth. They are to die for. Read more
I called a couple of days in advance to place an order for pick up. Very easy ordering experience over the phone & pleasant... interaction. I showed up at the prescribed date & time only to find that my order was not ready and that record couldn?t befound of it. Internally, I panicked because I was on a tight timeline to get some gifts to teachers and didn?t have time for abig delay. I say that because the staff could have easily blown me off and not believed my story - even though I had the calllog to ?prove? that my order had been placed at their location. But instead - they were friendly and went straight into buildinga solution vs arguing over details. They were fixing my lost order before the order form was ever found. And when the order formwas found, were profoundly apologetic even though they?d already started fixing it. A free latte and a fixed hiccough had me onmy way in no time. The teachers (obviously) were so pleased with the treats. As every other review attests - best chocolate chipcookie of life. These are probably the best simple chocolate chip cookies I?ve had. I can?t say for the other locations, but if you?re looking... for those ?crispy outside chewy inside? cookies, this is the place. A simple walk up bakery, they have great cookies and greatice cream at a reasonable price. Their shortbread cookies are good, but their chocolate chip cookie is the one you need to get.There?s some limited seating areas, but for the most part it?s a very ?come and go? type place.
