Horribly slow service, you will be waiting to even be spoken to for at least ten minutes. Then you?ll be waiting another 15... minutes for your order. I was also hesitant about paying because they are proud of their sandwiches. BUT ? I just ate the bestdamn grilled cheese sandwich I?ve ever had in my life. It made all of the glitches they have going on worth it! I suggestgetting the brisket one. (Side note: request with no jalapeños if you don?t like spice - It?s no where on the menu nor was Itold or asked if I even wanted them, so it?s a good thing I like them - but I can see how that can be a problem for some.) The cashier who took my order was very kind. But the food itself was just over priced and not that great. I realized my sandwich... had little fuzzies on the bread. I tired getting a picture but it wasn?t showing up on camera. Seamed to be cooked into thebread. Might?ve been something they used to wipe the grill. The sandwich was not all that great seemed to have little pepperoniand was a little dry as well. I also had the Parmesan waffle fries but they were a little too greasy for my liking. I had high hopes for the food here but was disappointed by the lack of flavor punch. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken. It was a lot... more bland than expected from a buffalo sandwich. The coleslaw placed inside it didn?t have any flavor at all but did provide anice crunch to break up the texture experience. My wife had the pepperoni pizza sandwich and she enjoyed it very much. We alsoordered the brisket nacho fries. It wasn?t the flavor I was expecting. The brisket was sweet instead of savory and the sauce waseven more sweet to the point I couldn?t tell it was bbq sauce; tasted more like a smokey chamoy. Enjoyed our dinner at TGC. Staff was nice and greeted us quickly. The tables were clean as well as the restrooms. Food was... prepared and delivered in a timely manor. Sandwich was good but after it cooled the last few bites was a little grainy not sureif a type of cheese caused it. I would eat here again. Thanks for a nice meal. Read more

Super yummy and a very cute atmosphere! We went on a slow Wednesday evening and the staff were above and beyond helpful and... kind. We had the Pepperoni grilled cheese, smokehouse brisket grilled cheese, tomato soup & the smokehouse brisket loaded fries.It?s a bit pricey but it is very good!
