Drive through was extremely slow. 2 vehicles that ordered after us recieved their orders before us and our meals came out cold... as if they had been sitting and waiting on the counter and the hashbrowns were extremely linp and soggy/oily which indicates tome that they were cooked with insufficient oil temperature. I ordered a Whataburger meal dry, with no mustard, no mayo and forgot to request both buns to be toasted. I asked if they could... do so, instead of giving me new, toasted burger buns; they just took the orginal burger buns that were soggy from the vegetablesoff, toasted it, placed it back on the burger and rewrapped it using the same wrapper that was super greasy. I checked thereturned burger again and notice what they did. I stood in line, a second time, I requested if they could just simply remake theentire burger which they did. The new burger was sat on the counter instead of being handed to me like it was before. Again,this second burger was made with mustard and I specifically requested it dry, no mustard, no mayo. At this point, I figured theywould never make my order correctly, so, I just left with the improperly made burger. Neither the cashier (Esther O.) nor amanager apologized for the inconvenience. No one said anything to me. Once I made it home and actually opened the burger toreheat it, I noticed the burger patty was grey!! This burger looked absolutely disgusting!! I threw it away. I went Saturday night and had to leave the line because it only moved 2 cars in 20 minutes. I didn't want to get locked in the... line with no way to exit. I understand that it gets busy but the staff needs to prepare for the rushes that come. I'm prettysure the main rush hours are about the same times every day with extra on weekends. Whataburger is an amazing Texas brand andpeople pay their hard earned money for fast fresh food made to order and we should get it that way every time. I have to addthat the last time I ordered my breakfast Taco, the eggs were wet and made my tortilla soggy when I ordered everything well doneand crispy. Eggs hard, bacon crispy, and tortilla flipped crispy on the grill once wrapped. I opened it and it was soggy,overflowing with runny eggs, bacon was so wet it went BACK to ham and disgusting but I couldn't come back. I shouldn't expectslow service in my own neighborhood but I do because that's what this location gives me most times. Waited about 15 mins for two large onion rings and a small fry. The onion rings were great but the fries were old and cold.... Woman who addressed me when I entered was nice. The other woman I asked to check on my order after 10 mins was rude. She walkedpast me without acknowledging I asked a question.
