There was a bug in my sandwich
August 29,2022 I went too Wingstop for dinner. Didn't want too cook so I decided too call in my order too go pick it up. When I... get there my food was already ready so that's a good thing. Get home my fries was cold,hard and salty. My wings were cold barelyhad sauce. I was disappointed. I wanted to take my food back but it started raining. These ppl are lazy and sorry...I got off work at 1130p, so I tried calling in my order. Of course I was left on hold and no one... picked up so I drove to the location WHILE STILL BEING LEFT ON HOLD. They claim to close at midnight, and I made it to the storeby 1145p and they wouldn't take my order even though they were still cooking in the kitchen.. I drove all the way from theairport just for them to REFUSE SERVICE even though they were clearly still open and cooking food... I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THISLOCATION TO ANYONE, CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN TERRIBLE AT THIS LOCATION... Read more

I place 2 orders with them one from Uber eats and one from door dash. They said someone picked my order up and cancelled both my... orders from 2 different apps.
