Yea I wanted to order from this location because it was nearest to me at the moment. Bad customer service through the phone. The... girl on todays shift 12:12pm on this date October 11th put me on hold after answering me and asking how she could help me Iasked to place an order and she just said yea I?m going to have to put you on hold I been on hold for over 10 min. It's just OKAY. They are still too new, I guess. The fries are different, the wings tend to be half sauced so they just taste... like fried wings, no flavor. I went back to the one on Wirt today and they were top tier compared to this location & for whatit's worth, I'll just keep making that drive. Read more
This place sucks! They are rude, and you have to call 5 or more times for them to answer the phone. The phone rings and it... sounds like they pickup and hang up. I recommend the one on Wirt! By Kroger they answer fast and always so friendly. Read more
