Xing Fu Tang is one of the fanciest cafes I\'ve ever visited!! The sleek & modern design make me feel like I need to come... dressed ready to impress. Every time I visit this shopping center I await the long and familiar lines. Sometimes the line is solong it carries outside the cafe. BEAUTIFUL & yummy boba drinks, AND the most important part of this cafe.. They keep the bobawarm right at the front of the cafe for all to see. Unfortunately I was SO distracted by my groups orders that I completelyforgot to snag a pic of the boba holder. Instagramable pics here!! Just look at the pics below. The cafe is so aware of theirtalented baristas they even bought a ring light to showcase their work. Talk about confidence in a product..\n\nAmbiance: 10/10sleek & modern design, Great music (K-pop, K-rnb)\n\nCuisine: 10/10 variety of teas (black, green, etc.), & Milk Teagalore!!\n\nPrice Range: all drinks are priced around $7 except for the Gold Foil boba milk tea priced at $17 understandably. Iposted a pic of the Gold Foil boba milk tea in my review as well!!\n\nParking: 10/10 large shopping center that offers plenty ofparking\n\nCleanliness: 12/10 Extraordinary clean tables, and bathrooms\n\n**Important notes: come dressed to impress, you willlikely find the LOYL here** Read more

Not my home shop, but the setup of the menu was cute and easy to understand, and the flavors they offer are interesting. i... personally got the Brown Sugar Boba Milk and my friend got the Gold Foil Boba Milk. I added crystal boba for my Brown Sugar BobaMilk. A little bit busy parking lot. The store is clean and new and the service is fast. It was exactly what I wanted on a hotday. Highly recommend and will be back someday. Read more

I?m a little surprised with the overall rating and my speculation is that it might be because of Feng Cha and Gong Cha being... next door. Anyways, I will absolutely recommend it if you are into dirty brown sugar boba - absolutely, other drinks - maybe.Slightly pricier but I preferred the smaller size because let?s face it, brown sugar boba is a serious calorie bomb and if youdon?t want death by sugar - go with the smaller size. You can see them prep the brown sugar upfront and all the prep is open andvisible, I thought it was well managed and had ample amount of staff. The wait time was ok. For people who aren?t familiar withthis shopping complex, beware, it is packed and finding a parking out front is next to impossible so try the parking garageinstead, narrow spots but you might just get lucky. Lots of nice spots like Liuyishou hotpot and Six Ping bakery next door. Giveit a try. Read more

At 1015pm Friday night, there?s a line to the door???????????. But, I?ve never been here before, so I had to try this place. I... was craving for a blended iced coffee, and this seems to be the best one this night.\nI ordered the Dalgona bubble tea?omg!!! Sogood!! Amazing. Brown sugar tapioca at the bottom, milk and ice topped with whipped coffee! One of the best bubble teas inChinatown! The only reason why it got 3 stars is the extravagant pricing. A small (regular ) boba is $6.47 + tax. It?s $7 withtaxes, plus tip, it comes out to be $8.00. There?s so many bubble teas out there???????????? Read more

Very yummy place if you are in the mood for tasty tapioca! Milk teas themselves are not anything special, and they are quite... expensive, but this little cup of boba soft serve was not too bad and a great way to experience the nice taste of the freshtapioca. Wouldn?t go for a drink there, and it seems like many do not like the drinks either, but the tapioca itself isdelicious and worth a try with the soft serve! Read more
