I have had issues with this location a few times already. The first time was my delivery was more than an hour late. Second... time, my sandwich wasn't ready and I waited in store for an extra 20 mins. BUT THIS LAST TIME TOOK THE CAKE!! Ordered throughapp for pick-up, met my husband there, sat down to eat and my sandwich had no meat. Brought it up to the counter to get fixedand this employee in a red JJ shirt rolls his eyes and scoffs at me like I did something wrong. ADAM you have the worst customerservice ever and for you to treat customers the way you treated me is downright wrong and you deserve to be FIRED!!! THIS IS BYFAR THE WORST JIMMY JOHN'S EVER FOR HOW DISRESPECTUL YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE!!! How are you going to have an attitude with me aboutYOUR mistake?? I have tried several times to give this place a chance... NEVER AGAIN!! Usually they're ok, but today I ordered a sub at 12:39 and it is now 2:40. I called, they said they were waiting on a driver. ... If you don't have the help, that's fine. But at least have the decency to stop taking orders and let the customers know theyshould order elsewhere so we don't starve ???? Read more

Went in early in the week to order enough for our baby shower Sat. Ordered the 12 pack catering order with 2 extra subs on... wheat bread so I was sure to have enough for 12. I specified my order repeatedly and told the guy I want cheese on all. I?lltake ALL toppings on the side so guests could build there own. I said I?ll pay extra for more sides because I want plenty. Thebill was over $70. This is the catered subs. I was so EMBARRASSED. I was trying to grab cheese from my own fridge in afrenzy. 3 tiny containers of onions. 2 tiny containers of cucumber slices. Enough tomatoes for some reason. After the partyI went back to Jimmy John?s and asked to speak to the manager who was there when I placed the original order. I showed her thepictures and she just kept repeating ?unfortunately this is how our catering order comes?. I will try to get a refund by callingcorporate Monday when someone is in the office. I will update. They deserve ZERO stars. Terrible customer service. The managershould be intelligent enough to find a resolution. She did offer me extra sides after the subs were eaten????????? This has to be the slowest Jimmy Johns ever. At least for delivery. Been sitting here for an hour and 10 minutes and it still... shows "Order Received" in the app, but not out for delivery. More like Freaky Slow delivery.... Also, the phone number listedjust rings and then goes to a voicemail that says it is not accepting calls as it has not been set up. Here's the best part. Idid not receive the chips I ordered and finally got through to someone at the store and they were rude and refused to creditback my credit card. Only wanted to give me a credit for the next time I call in to order. Seriously? An hour and 55 minutewait for an order that shows up incorrect and they think I'll be ordering again. Read more
