I was highly disappointed with my meal, I ordered the large chicken and ribs combo. The ribs were overcooked and burned. The chicken was ok, but many places have much better chicken. The mac and cheese was flavorless and only lukewarm. The potato wedges tasted like dirty potatoes and were mushy. It was overpriced for the quality of the food. I would not go back. Also, as mentioned in other posts, their menu prices are not accurate (higher than listed).

You need to call to order and ask prices. The menu online is not accurate, and there is a big difference in $$. Instant mashed potatoes. Weird gravy. Deep fry oil needs a turn over. Ribs were all mushy? I ordered because the reviews were good. But going off my own experience, too expensive, and the food is sub-par. Yuck

Ribs are tender and favorable. Fries were good , too. Coleslaw was soggy to Mt liking.

I ordered a 3 piece fish dinner. They said they no longer have a 3 piece but could add an extra piece. So my dinner is almost $22. Really?!? $6.50 for one piece of fish? Not happy! I know prices have gone up but seriously?

The chicken was overcooked. The mashed potatoes were watery. Way overpriced! They have a sauce that I wanted to try, but it is only complimentary when dining in. For a tiny sauce cup, $1. I will go elsewhere.

I was kind of disappointed with what I got as far as quality of food the chicken was almost the same kind of chicken you would expect at a kroger deli the macaroni and cheese resembles a kraft mac-n-cheese Box mix , the mashed potatoes were instant mashed potatoes. Don't get me wrong the food didn't taste bad but I would have expected more like chicken shack in the Detroit area. It definitely didn't have that homemade appeal.

They have really good chicken! We also like their mashed potatoes and french fries. I just got the cobb salad for the first time and that was very good too. Everything in it was fresh. It was a little expensive but it was worth it.

Only went there one time because my cousin said they had good chicken. We must have caught them on a bad day or something. Chicken was terrible! Very overcooked, it was like chicken jerky! Mashed potatoes and gravy were ok. Fries had a lot to be desired. Not sure we'll be back.
