If I could give them a lower score I would. This place is absolutely horrible, gross nasty and not organized. Hair is the fries... and also the coleslaw. The oil was old the fish was cooked it. Gross smelling, took us half hour to order the food. Oh I forgotthe Tatar fish was expired. Expiration date 8/2022. I have NO plans on going back there. Absolutely GROSS!!!! Read more
It was ok. I normally really like Captain Ds but I have literally, not once, had fries that weren't chewy and lukewarm. The... fries are consistently horrible. I won't order them again. Very hospitable staff rivaling Chick-fil-A for politeness. The manager was very polite and empathetic when speaking with the... cashier.
