They should have all drive through lanes open. Not closed off with orange cones. Turning it into a one lane otw out. Food was... being passed out 7 cars back an everyone still wainting for the car in front to pull off. Do to they don't use all Drivethrough lanes to get cars out. Read more
Rhonda at the register was very nice and attentive. I ordered grilled nuggets meal. The food came out super fast which was nice,... but I got fried nuggets and not grilled (which is what I ordered since I eat gluten free) when I returned the fried nuggets andasked for the grilled nuggets I ordered, Rhonda was really nice and apologized, and offered me the fried nuggets while I waitedfor the grilled nuggets, but the manager was rude, gave me a nasty look, asked Rhonda to take the fried nuggets from me and hegave me another nasty look and threw the fried nuggets in the trash in front of me?. Don?t get me wrong the whole experience wasnot needed, a ?I?m so sorry let me get you some grilled nuggets instead? would have been better. I know I was there orderinglunch right at the end of breakfast, but I was happy to wait since the fries and grilled nuggets are worth the wait, but themanager did ruin the experience and leave a sour taste in my mouth for this restaurant? I did a mobile pickup and peak lunch times and my wait was much longer than expect for a chic fil a lunch drive thru line. They... didn?t seem to be very on top of it here.
