This place is ridiculous. It's now 2022 and they STILL don't allow anyone in the lobby so there's cars wrapped around the... building stretched out into the middle of the street WHICH IS A HIGH TRAFFIC AREA!!! The staff is always super nice, even when they?re swamped! Unfortunately they gave me the wrong order twice within the last few... months. The first time, they only messed up mine, my sons order was right. I ordered Reese cup and got vanilla and Oreo. Ididn?t complain since I like Oreo. :-). On Saturday afternoon, however, both my son and I got the wrong order. I ordereddrumstick and got cheesecake. He ordered a new one ?oreo chocolate? mix, but got oreo, gummy worms, and some other stuff. Weboth ate them rather than mk the drive bk. Next time we know to double check the order! Read more
Ordered a large extra thick shake I was first handed a baby cup then I hat mine and it was nothing but milk.
5 star Ice cream , service not so good.. can?t go inside place is always locked,drive thru always packed down the street.... Teenagers working are more worried about each other then doing their job right. They need some adult supervision. Read more
