Ordered 2 subs and 2 chips. They forgot the chips and literally only put 2 meatballs on the entire sub....
It's a good Subway with friendly staff.
Went to this location with a coupon. Ordered 4 subs. Tried to scan coupon at checkout...the worker says their coupon machine... isn't working. Tried to scan my points card but the cashier bypassed that option so another worker had to come over and fix it.Then the worker proceeded to tell everyone else in there that their coupon machine was not working. The worker also proceeded totell me that they had to turn a previous customer away due to their coupon machine being down. I didn't understand why theysimply didn't put up a sign on the door letting customers know about the coupons instead of letting someone get food made andthen refuse them?!? Horrible service!!! They're rude and they don't put as much meat as they're supposed to on the subs. Dude had a bad attitude and acted like I was... inconveniencing him by being there. **The one at Needmore and Old Troy is better. Read more
