I'm a big fan of Dominoes pizza quality. They have a fantastic AI service for placing phone orders. And this location is always... fast and convenient though the parking is a bit of a pain with so many speed bumps. I and my buisness location purchased 2 pizzas and the pizza was incorrect. We contacted the location to give them the... opportunity to make it correct the issue. while speaking to the manager on duty he argued for around 20 mins stating the pizzawas correct. We then asked for the managers contact information and corporate contact information. At that time the manager onduty then advised us he did not have corporate contact information to give us. I then was able to Google the corporates number.Spoke to someone and they had the customer service I was looking for. Read more
As a consumer who has recently learned an important truth about the pizza delivery arena I thought I should pass it along so... that it can become common knowledge. When ordering pizza delivery the fee they charge which is on average $4.99 is NOT what yourdelivery driver receives. The fee actually covers the cost of the navigation system used to monitor and track your delivery, aswell as any other costs such as applicable insurance etc. Drivers are typically contracted at a rate per mile plus an hourlywage similar to that of a waitress/waiter while on the road They truly are dependent on tips to make the position worth theirwhile. Kudos to those who can make it work. Some of you may already know this but you?d be surprised at those who don?t.
