I rarely write reviews for fast food but this Mcdonalds goes out of their way to make sure you have a good experience! The... manager Trina was very helpful with my special request and she and other employees walk around asking if there is anything youneed. I go out of my way to come to this location. Read more
I went through the drive-thru. The woman who took my order was very sweet and patient however the woman giving me my food was... rushing and possibly nervous because of the manager being up front helping. My iced mocha coffee was made wrong and they didn'tadd the items that I paid for to my drink (hazelnut syrup, chocolate syrup, and liquid sugar). I asked for a child-sized watercup for my toddler and the girl wouldn't give me it and wanted me to drive all the way around and wait in line again for thedrink. I use to work at McDonalds for 6 years and it was never hard to give someone a child cup of water. You literally justgrab the child cup and hit the water button and put a lid on it. I drove all the way around again and waited in line onlybecause they didn't give me the plain sundae or the kids toy that I paid for. After driving all the way around and waiting inline I let the first window know that the second window couldn't give me a cup of water and wanted me to drive all the wayaround for one. She agreed that it was a bad decision on the second windows part. Then she said she couldn't ring up a water cupwithout an order so I still did not receive a water cup. When I received my sundae it had no lid on it. At least they gave menapkins and a spoon. They weren't very busy but they did have some cars in the line. Read more
Probably the worst McDonald's I've been to. Staff is always rude. Extremely slow service. And the manager doesn't seem to care... either. Ordered a sprite, and when I asked about it, the lady rudely said we don't have sprite in this store. When I asked forsomething else, she just walked away. Wasnt wearing a name tag so I couldn't get her name. Partner got a large strawberry shakeand the same lady didn't even fill it all the way. This McDonald's needs a purge on their employees. I have gone several times this week through the drive through and the last 3 times I have gone this week I have asked for a cup... of Mac sauce and each time I have not been given it and had to go back and was told ?we?ll make sure it?s in there next time?and then leave it out the next time I come in. I also work fast food So I know the special orders are the least favorite but tonot be given something 3 times in a row and having to go back is outrageous. If I could give no stars I would. The afternoon manager needs a new job where she is away from all people. I had two experiences... with this woman that were unacceptable. The first one my son ordered a large HiC and they made a medium. When the attendant wastold it was wrong this manager proceeded to dump the medium drink in a large cup and handed it back to my son. She didn't add inanymore juice. The second incident my sister didn't have my app but had my code and also the scan code on her phone and thissame manager made up her own rule that McDonald's don't accept the code not on the original phone. That was a whole lie. I alsoread thru all the rules and guidelines for using the app and nowhere does it state this. I'll never patron this establishmentagain and if you read this you shouldn't either. Worst McDonald's ever! Read more
