After several good visits, I went out of the way to come to this one. Specifically asked if they still had a specific item,... TWICE, payed for two of them, was told they don't have em, and allegedly no one in the building knew how to issue a refundbecause of the "new system". That last part is beyond unacceptable. What kind of place will literally verify what you want isavailable, let you pay, and refuse to refund even though they can't fulfill?! Literally theft. Sick sad world. Read more
I like Arby's the menu is full of choices, but it's the small details that matter. How hard is it to add napkins to the bag?... Nothing I hate more than having Arby's sauce on my face and nothing to wipe it off? And also the napkin rack was also empty andI had to do the walk of shame to the front counter in front of everyone and ask for napkins. There were no napkins on thecounter either and was forced to ask an Arby's person while they were all busy back there and the cashier was taking someone'sorder. Absolute garbage, got a sandwich that was nothing but scraps and crumbs of what had been sliced.
Went to go in and eat, sign on the door said only drive thru open. Only to ind out the dinning was closed for a birthday party... ??????? Read more
