Fantastic experience 2 nights ago. Food was sublime as was the service. Started with an octopus appetizer, shared between my... wife and I. It was incredibly tender. My pork chop was the most moist pork I have ever had. I mentioned that the accompanyingasparagus was likely out of season, so my dish came accompanied with rapini. My favourite vegetable! My wife had gnocchi withsmoked duck. It also was amazing, as was the wine, dessert, espresso and grappa. Not sure how often we’ll get back toHudson, but if we do, Le Wendigo is where we will eat. Oysters so fresh ! Briny , delicious served with both mignonette and a spicy concoction. I had the tagliatelle w lobster .Yummy... big pieces of lobster in a saffron sauce .The tagliatelle were al dente .Now the duck breast... shear perfection .
