I placed an order for 2 boneless wings at 222pm today as of 313 it was barely being made. when i called the store no one... answered the phone for nearly 15min the was told that they only have 1 driver and that there was nothing they could do at alland that they could only cancel the order. the lady that answered was terribly rude my office orders alot from them because iplace all the orders customer service needs some training at this location. this has been a regular occurance as of late but imnow fed up with it and will be taking my buisness unless something can be done. My address is 8 mins from this store and they refuse to deliver and they are so rude about it. They ask what subdivision you... live in and as soon as you tell them the commons NOPE WE DONT DELIVER TO THE COMMONS!! OK I will continue spending my money withpizza hut. Per the app it would take 15 -20 min for order to be ready. Arrived at almost 15 min. Waited an additional 10 min to get the... ?free pizza if not deliver to my vehicle within 2 min of it being ready?. After 6 min past completed time I go in and they claimthey don?t do that 2 min for free pizza anymore? but yet it?s still on the app. Their oven started not working supposedly sothere was even more of a delay so they gave me a free 2 liter of soda, which I didn?t want nor need. I see they are hiring andprobably short staffed. But still, to completely just disregard the app promo?.. why is it still on the app?? I?m not upsetabout oven going out, it?s the promo app that the seemed to be manager completely blew off. Frustrating. Read more

Just picked up one large specialty pizza that was suppose to have no cheese on it and only alfredo sauce.
