This place was nice when it was owned by Burch. It?s gone down hill ever since. The kids that work there don?t actually want to... work. Waited for an employee to come over and start my subway sandwich and I watched all the employees in the back playing onthere phones. Then I went to buy other items in the store and the employee behind the counter had an airpod in talking on thephone while checking me out and didn?t listen to what I had asked for and rang my items up wrong. Very dirty. Not sure how they are allowed to have a subway in the store. Disgusting.

We stopped on our way from Cincinnati to Lexington Park on 12/11/2020. It was approximately 10:45pm. We did not see hours posted... but it was a quick stop to use the restroom and grab a couple of snacks. The clerk did not say anything to indicate that theywere about to close and they did not know we had been traveling My daughter used the restroom while my other daughter and Igrabbed some snacks. I went to use the restroom and he hit a switch that shut all of the lights off including the restrooms.That was really rude since they didn't say anything.
