I have been coming to this place since they opened but I went about 4 years in between since my last visit. Since then, I have... become obsessed with brisket or anything Beef so I stopped this time to specifically ask for brisket and compare it to the one Ismoked 3 weeks ago. This place is always packed and today was no exception. As I walked in, there were about 5 people standing,some looked confused others tired and a bit irritated. I knew what I wanted so I went straight to the counter and asked for theslices brisket with fries and onion rings. The two girls working the register, phone, tables and to-go orders looked verytired. The one who took my order was very polite even though she was overwhelmed. After placing my order, as always I like tocheck out the bathrooms. They were okay? not bad but a bit odd as far as were its at, and it is unisex. Nothing wrong with thatbut I can see where this may be an issue with females. Back to waiting for my food, I noticed some people had been waiting intheir car for their food. They would come in to check on it. I got my order within 10 minutes, no too bad. I used that time toobserve and take some pictures for this review. Positive things: ?Although you guys could use some help, some how the girlsworking the front area handle various tasks, they do very well while remaining composed and polite. ?The food is good and hasunique flavors. ?The outside looks inviting and fits the type of restaurant decor for what you offer. ?The menu is simple butclear and just enough items to keep everyone interested. Things to work on: Boy, I did not like the entrance at all. There is atable there I dont know what is for. For guest waiting on their to-go orders? Or is it to dine in? If its for dinning in itfeels weird. There is a small sauce bar a bit odd and next to it a coffee maker on another table. O. M.G. From the service to the food it was perfect. First kiddos to stormy for giving such great service. She recommended so... many tasty dishes and had to point out their perfect cornbread. We decided to make a quick stop for lunch and judged by the carsthat were parked I'm glad we did. I'm very excited to have tried their potato salad which was very good; it had just enoughingredients to make it a great side. The smiles and service given makes it a win win in my book!
