Very friendly owners (Mark) and attentive staff. My coffee (daily Brew / French press) was very well made and tasted freshly... roasted. There is plenty of comfortable seating. I would recommend Javaman. They also have a new location in the HEB down theroad if you wanna grab a quick cup of coffee while shopping. Read more

I used to go to school with a girl who worked here and she was always telling me, "Hey Frankie, come on to Javaman coffee it's... really good." I never did because it wasn't really on the way to 59 or Beltway 8. I have to tell you I regret that decision andthat reasoning so hard. This place puts Starbucks and Starbucks lovers in their place. And what I mean by that is I do not geta Starbucks vibe here, from the Baristas, from the customers, from the drug erections. The decorations are really thoughtfuland well-placed from floor to ceiling and the seating is very accommodating for all types. Really reminds me of higher qualityshops in other countries! The staff here attended to me like we were in another country, so refreshing. I felt like I was notin southeast Texas, more like a fine Indonesian place (minus all the smoke).
