PaPa John's has always been a great choice, IF You want Pizza. It has more authenticity to the Pie. This particular location is... clean, the associates there at the location are ok. Completely horrible service. Do not ever order from here. I wish I would have looked at the reviews! I ordered online so it... picked the closest store to me. These people literally hate their job. They lied consistently telling me the driver is on hisway they were waiting then to the driver is 5 minutes away then to the driver is out with my delivery. STILL NO DELIVERY TO MYHOME AFTER OVER AN HOUR. Keep in mind i ONLY stay 12 minutes from this location. This location should be shut down. It?s adisgrace to the company name. Then when i called they kept putting the call to hold so they did not have to answer my calls. Iknow they did it purposely because the girl who answered TOLD ME they have caller ID while being annoyed at the fact I asked foran update on my pizza. She didn?t ask for my order number or anything she said she knew who i was because they have caller ID. Icalled about 10-13 times to try to cancel my order and kept getting put on hold. By the time they finally answered the nightshift manager was now on duty. The night shift manager was very professional i must say and I would like to thank him and Issacfrom the customer service office.I just would recommend to never order from this location.
