Wish I could leave a negative star. I come every so often to this location before work in the morning, and I've never had an... issue in the past. Today, however, I received an expired milk. When I first took a quick sip of it, I immediately knew it was nogood before I actually drank anything. No exaggeration to say it was the grossest thing I've ever tasted from a restaurant. Ilooked to see the expiration date, and it was almost a whole MONTH past expired. Usually I don't care that much when my ordersare messed up, but considering just how bad the milk tasted, I had to leave work to give them the opportunity to do somethingabout it, but I was not satisfied at all by how they tried to fix it. Very apathetic and complacent. The guy who first greetedme instantly knew something was wrong when I walked in and he was genuinely concerned and nice, but the manager did not give twos****. Once he told her what was wrong, she did not care whatsoever. Having worked previously in a restaurant myself, I knowsometimes mistakes can happen, but that was extremely unprofessional how they didn't even try to fix it. Overpriced I payed 2.99 for a sausage and cheese kolache. The next week i went to another Shipleys by my moms house on the... Northside and paid 2.39for the exact same kolache. Will not be back. Read more
I went there this morning , using my husbands Credit card , they kept saying the card does not work , which I do know in fact... works. I feel that we?re trying insinuate I had stealing a card they ended up giving me my order. Read more
