They are usually pretty efficient and food is hot. But i use my receipts to earn stars, andv3 times in a row I asked for receipt... in the bag and it wasn't. SO I'm out around 300 points. When I emailed them they wouldn't do anything. Read more

Only one star because no stars isn't a option! Missing items,cold food and extremely rude staff! Not to mention hygiene was a... huge concern! If you saw the dirt under her nails and greasy hair. I'm sure you would ask for a refund too (which I was deniedand told to leave) If you wanna work with customers I suggest leaning to shower and having better customer service manners!Absolutely disgusted! This place needs a major deep clean. It?s filthy. The floors are disgusting, the tea containers are filthy and the tables were... dirty. Extremely unappetizing; We ended up walking out. Read more

Omg. They made my 7 hour drive so worth my day. They made a "special request " sandwich for me. Actually made me chuckle at... the drive thru. I'll definitely drive back and be ordering again.
