Yikes! What kinda sausage biscuit sandwich is this! Disappointing for sure.
The drive-thru more often than not gets orders wrong (I?ve been been coming every now and then for years and that?s my... consistent experience no matter who is attending me). Can?t get simple requests right and need to be repeated multiple times.Didn?t tell me that one of my items was discontinued while ordering and I found out when the orders were supposed to come out. Today I went to Dunkin? on my lunch break, the line was packed so I ordered inside, as I?m ordering my food from the employee at... cash. The employee at cash was super nice and helpful. As I wait for my food there is an employee near drive through with blondehair and black glasses looking at me behind the counter annoyed and with a resting b face. And when I was waiting to picked upmy food from the to-go area. The same worker that was staring at me rudely, then proceeds to yell my order number and shoved myfood across the counter.
