Menu for Papa's Place Huntertown in Huntertown, IN

I'm going to rant a little hear. This is my first ever review. My son and grandkids came over from out of town a couple months... ago and I was going to buy them lunch. I ordered bread sticks, Papa roll, 2 large 2 topping pizzas and a couple cheese cups. Itcame out to be just a hair over $60 dollars. When I got there the gentleman was nice and the pizzas we're hot, fresh, and wassaid to be perfect from what I think was the owner. Anyway, it was the worst pizza me and my entire family had. The dough wasvery plain and nothing to it at all. It was also very chewy. The "homemade pizza sauce" was terrible and I swear it was plaintomato paste from a can. The bread sticks was just pizza dough cut into strips and had no seasoning at all on them. I normallyget sausage rolls at places i go and this was my least favorite. The dough and sauce just isn't there. The only good thing Icould say is the customer service and cheese sauce with jalepenos was good and helped everyone scarf down the pizza and roll. Icould make better pizza at home with store bought crust. I do not recommend this place. I was expecting something like Lexys orOllies with that price tag. It didn't even come close to something like a Pizza hut, Papa John's or even a Domino's. This placewould need to cut it's prices in half easily. The specials looked about average price. Why im reviewing now is because acoworker brought in a pizza and something Mexican. And nobody cared for it much. Idk why Mexican is even on the menu. GodBless, Mike Read more

Good food but is now closed weekdays for lunch. Very disappointing.

Absolutely delicious! We haven't had Papa's Place until this week, and we got it twice! Both times, I was greeted by the same... very friendly man at the counter. He was working in a small but very clean kitchen. The breadsticks are great, especially withthe AWESOME pizza dipping sauce. The pizza is seriously great: it's thin, but not the crunchy cardboard thin crust you're usedto. It's the perfect thickness that you can still fold it and chow down, but is flavorful without being greasy or full of airpockets. And the sauce, again, is so great. I have no problem saying that this is the best pizza place in the Fort Wayne area. Read more

Awesome pizza! Highly recommend the Oscar pizza... everything on it and it's delicious. Not cheap pizza though, but really good.

A bit more expensive than chains but its totally worth it especially to support a "mom and pa" place. Owner is really friendly... and we have never had a bad experience! Highly recommend! Read more
