Island Crab Cakes, Stuffed Mushrooms and Jumbo Wild Caught Gulf of Mexico Steamed Shrimp. The absolute best shrimp ever. Taste,quality and freshness are outstanding. They have a fine selection of crab cakes, crabs and appetite or size salads that are great. They also have things you'd need to... go down into certain parts of Philly to get. Things like Stock's pound cake or other regional foods you'd have to go the extramile to get. It's a small business that's worth supporting with good products and friendly people working there. Being a Friday in Lent, I stopped in afternoon to get some seafood for me and my wife. They hooked me up with four of theit... signature crab cakes, The Smith Island ones, and a pound of his Jumbo Shrimp. Wow! I cooked up the crab cakes with some freshyellow squash and a baked potato. The cakes were perfect and the jumbo shrimp, awesome! There was much left for breakfast thenext day. I put the remainder of the shrimp, crab cakes and baked potato in the frying pan with chopped red bell pepper, onion,hot Italian Sausage and cooked them up together with garlic powder, black pepper and truffle oil from Italy. I scrambled and eggand placed a top the cooked up batch that included Captain Chucky's Jumbo Shrimp and Crab cake and then served for me and mywife. It was excellent!
