Horrible experience. We pulled up to the drive thru with several cars already in front of me. I figured it was just a nighttime... rush but I was wrong? We waited in line for 30 solid minutes before we even got to the window to pay for our food. One drivergot out of his car and went up to the pick up window trying to get the attention of the person at the window because theyweren?t getting any response at the order screen. They ended up leaving. When we finally got to the window to pay and get ourfood, the people inside completely ignored us, even though they made awkward eye contact several times. When we honked, about 10minutes of waiting at the window, they finally opened the window only to give us half the order. When we got the other half itwas missing it?s toppings and we got them served soaking wet in a small sides cup after. Read more
