The food was excellent - very fresh, flavorful, and totally worth the money- but I do not really like their service model. I had... to order from the bar top and someone else brought me the food. I also had to walk back to the bars for refills and new drinks.What kind of service is that? I'm not disappointed necessarily. The staff was very friendly and fun. I just don't see why Ishould tip someone who does the bare minimum. Not their fault. It's the model. The model has flaws. It does not motivate theirteam members to give the best service possible. You have to order from the bar, as there no wait staff. Picked what I wanted and waited 10 minutes in front of the bartender as... he did everything slowly and completely ignored me. There were two people in front who were not ready to order and justoccupying space. Another person waited behind me also ignored. Left and went to Long boards next door where we had our drinksand food ordered within 5 minutes. Came in on a quiet Tuesday, Nick the bartender was very rude asking my bf if , ?he was lost?, where he proceeded to give him... very rude service, if I would have known sooner, we would have left. He also threw the check at me when I went to order becauseI wanted to see if for myself, he was alright, creepy vibes but I was bothered.
