Went drive thru today at 7:15pm to pick up my drink they forgot to give me yesterday and instead of apologizing and giving me a... free icecream or something, she said, sorry unless you have a receipt we can't give you, I was appalled, when I called yesterdaythe guy who answered the phone said what's your name? Just give them your name and was very nice and very apologetic, today'ssupervisor Daisy was not, very rude, said she's too busy, anything else? And turned abruptly and walked away without waiting formy response. I mean, I was just there to pick up my drink that I paid that they forgot to give, review the cameras... reviewphone call, very disappointes in the customer service. Yesterday's customer service was great, they forgot the drink, ithappens but today I was treated as if I was making it up just because no one left a note with my name or any information, and Iforgot the guy'a name when I asked who am I talking to he said Juan and I thought he said Jose.
