I ordered Tito?s with coke I drink half of it and took my kids to the bathroom and looked down I had a roach In my cup . Thank... God I didn?t drink that roach . I am sick to my stomach still . Right after that I went to front counter to talked to a man whosaid he was the manager named Zack . Zack told me I could get a refund I also had ordered wings and fries but after seeing thatdisgusting roach in my cup I didn?t even want the wings and fries anymore so I asked Zach for a refund for that also . Zach toldme I could keep the wings and fries and that he would bring my refund to me on bowiing lane 32 . Then some guy named Curtis cameto me rudely and told me he need my wings and fries back after zack told me I could keep it . My husband and our 4 kids and Iwere still bowling we haven?t even made it halfway through bowling yet and he rudely came to us in front of all the customersembarrassing us. We would like a refund for everything today 8/17:2022 . They lied to us twice and gave us a number that wasn?tcorporates number . All we wanted to do was have fun with our kids and have a family day.
