I decided to stop by on my birthday. I waited, no greeting or "Just a moment, please", so I wondered if they were open. "Hello?"... I heard an angry, "You're just going to have to wait one moment, ma'am." Then, when I couldn't hear something she said, andasked her to repeat it, I was yelled at again, and then once more before saying, "Never mind." I went to a place known for beingfriendly. I called later, asking for a manager, who (if Joel was the manager)proceeded to defend her actions. I said, I cantell the difference between someone needing to raise their voice and rudeness." Myra was welcoming and kind. My first time eating at Captain D's as they do not have them in South Florida. Myra had a great... smile and her customer service matched her smile. She made suggestions, asked all the right questions, delivered the food andcame back and took our tray. We shared directly with her that she was fantastic.
