We recently moved to Huntsville and have been impressed by how clean the areas were that we visited. Except Five Guys. The... parking area in front was trashy. Inside, the music was blaring and the cashier was so busy dancing that she could hardly hearus. We ordered a BLT, soft drink, burger, large fries, and a shake. When our bag was placed on the counter, we took it and leftto get out of the noise. At home, we opened our bag and found it was missing the fries and shake. The bacon was tough and tastedstale on the sandwich. For almost $20, we got precious little to praise. We loved the Five Guys we visited in Birmingham andwent frequently. We got there right before closing time due to traffic after a concert. The manager and the crew were amazing! They were happy to... serve us and pointed out that it wasn't even 10 o'clock yet it was only 9:58. He was serious not sarcastic. Filippe and hiscrew were amazing!!!
