The baby back ribs were very tough. The sauce was pleasant, though the meat was extremely unsatisfying. The chow-chow and... greens were good. The sweet tea was the best part of our meal. Unfortunately, we will visit a bbq joint about 30 minutes awaythe next time we crave smoked meat. I had high expectations after reading the menu and the online reviews. Now I know why therestaurant only had a few patrons at 5:30 pm on a Friday night. Seriously, Chili?s and Outback ribs are much better. Costcoribs cooked at home in the oven would beat Full Moon any day of the week. I hope this honest review saves someone from thedissatisfaction my family experienced tonight. My parents did not enjoy their ribs and my wife did not even finish her pulledpork sandwich. We ate what we could because we were hungry, though it was subpar bbq. Read more
We had a pan each of turkey, chicken and pork sliders and BBQ wings, Mac & cheese and baked beans at the office this week. It is... hands down the best I have found in the Huntsville area. I don?t always feel like cooking and just want to eat great BBQ, so,I?ve tried about every location with only fair results. I have even given some a second try. The food was great! The greens were fresh and great taste! The corn was hot and also good! I loved the black angus brisket and... the link was also great taste! It used to be that 50 dollars was the price for a mid tier meal, of usually 2 people. Below is a plate that costed 20 dollars,... it's a sausage and 3 pieces of brisket totaling about 5 - 6 oz of meat. On to of this I ordered 6 chicken wings and a 1/2 smokedchicken plate. As for the flavor, it is good and quite satisfying. However this is becoming a common occurrence, prices arecreeping up and we just accept it. One day we will have to work for five hours to be able to afford a regular meal at a regularprice. But I guess as long as we have our celebrity trials and tv we can accept such a fate. If you are craving for delicious southern food, this is the place to go! The cashier was very friendly and help us to decided... since it was our first visit. Food came out quick and everything was delicious. I will say this, it needed a little bit of moreseasoning on the proteins to make it perfect. The Mac n cheese was so creamy and delicious, pasta perfectly cooked. I orderedthe Chicken and Ribs platter. It was a huge chicken breast and a wing and 3 BBQ ribs. I?m not a fan of bbq sauce but theirs wasreally good, although I preferred their white sauce. The Chow Chow was so yummy yummy. My husband ordered the Brisket Platterwith Collard greens and Mac n cheese. His brisket needed a little bit of more seasoning but it was good.
